We feel strongly about providing meaningful services to facilitate long-term behaviour change. Shorter programs are offered when clinically indicated (i.e. for short term injury rehabilitation). However, for long term sustainable change we do challenge you to commit for a longer duration so we can address all barriers to health change you may have, and provide you with the meaningful results you deserve.  

I’m not sure if I feel comfortable with committing for the 6 month program. Are there any shorter programs to participate in?

All clients are provided with access to an app, loaded with your exercise program. With the exercises, you will have access to video demonstrations and written explanations. Still unsure if you’re doing them correctly? There is an option to upload videos to the app so I can provide individualised feedback on how the activity is being completed.

I have limited knowledge of how to complete exercises. How will I know what I’m meant to be doing?

Absolutely not. We work with you on a block by block basis to make sure that the sessions work within your routine to provide you the best possible results! This gives you the opportunity to work around your schedule, which we know can change each month. If you have the consistency to be available at the same time each block, we can also support that.

I don’t think that I can commit to the same consult time every 6 weeks. Do I have to lock these days and times at the start of my program?

Book in for our complementary Discovery Call. We have the opportunity to speak about the program in direct relation to what you need, and you have the chance to ask specific questions related to your circumstance. There is no obligation to join our program from the call; it takes the guess-work out of your decision making so you can be certain you're making the correct choice for your health.

What is the easiest way for me to find out if this service is suitable for me?

We are a completely online service. This means that we can provide you with additional contact points throughout the week, not just when we see you in our 1:1 sessions. This helps me to be able to keep you on track between sessions, and provide solutions to barriers which could be sorted immediately. If you would prefer to see someone in person, I can refer you to suitable professionals in your area. 

Can you coach me in person?

Part of this process is to facilitate long term behaviour change. Without progressive overload and intermittent support, we cannot guarantee you will be able to achieve your goals. Value in this process is evident on how we can tailor it to you as a person, which we cannot achieve in a singular session.

Can I just get a one off program?

Yes! Exercise physiology is claimable with private health services. You will need to check with your individual provider to ensure that you have exercise physiology services included within your package. You will receive a receipt at the end of each program block (on request) which can be taken to your private health provider to claim your rebate.
